All fine, but cleanliness standards

We had a lovely stay with my brother and the kids. The kids enjoyed exploring Chantry Park, which is close by. The staff were welcoming, and the room was spotless. Wi-Fi was reliable, making it easy for me to keep in touch while we relaxed.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

The room we stayed in had this fantastic view, and the cozy lounge was perfect for unwinding. There's a great little game room and a relaxing TV area where you can kick back after a long day. Just a heads-up, the bathroom could use a bit more space, but that didn’t ruin our stay at all! 😊

We stayed for 1 night and the shower was awesome, easy to use and perfect temp. Room was spotless, but we had some real trouble with check-in. Staff seemed overwhelmed and the check-in took forever. There was a nice little cafe nearby though, which was a lifesaver for breakfast.

Hot water and great staff!

I stayed for 2 nights in a room without a window. The heating was spot on, kept nice and warm. Hot water was always available, which I loved. Bed was comfy enough, and I appreciate the big towels. Only letdown was the noisy location outside. Staff were super friendly, helped me out when I needed it. Would recommend for a short stay!
